Each team will be scored in accordance with the 2024 ICA Rules and Regulations. IN ADDITION, our Officials will personally evaluate your routine and document their evaluations — above and beyond the score sheet comments. This will be the best way to ensure your routine is on track for the season.
At the conclusion of the event, your head coach will receive a “one on one” meeting with our Officials for up to three (3) minutes to discuss your routine and share opinions/suggestions.
First Look is an Illinois Cheer Association & Illinois Dance Association Qualifying Event. As such, first place finishers will automatically receive a Bid to the ICA State Cheer & Dance Championship to be held at the NIU Convocation Center in DeKalb, Illinois on November 14-17th, 2024.
As with ALL of our events, there is NO SPECTATOR FEES to enter into the facility to watch your team(s) compete.
We do monitored for building capacity with the Fire Marshall and we can halt entrance for life-safety reasons!
