First Full Moon of 2026 cOMmUNITY Yoga with Maki: Wolf Moon

Let’s begin the year with intention.

Join me on Friday, January 3 at 6:00 PM at the Lake Worth Beach Pier for a grounding Full Moon practice under the first full moon of 2026; the Wolf Moon.

A soulful space to breathe, reset, and realign as we step into a new cycle.

This gathering is simple, heartfelt, and welcoming to all.

We’ll move, breathe, release, and align, together in community, held by the waves of the Atlantic and the light of the moon.

This practice is an invitation to pause, connect with yourself, and create space for what you want to feel and live this year.
