In collaboration with Students Motivated by the Arts-SMARTS, the Downtown Youngstown Partnership and Youngstown CityScape, are excited to recognize Youth Art Month by hosting March's First Friday event at SMARTS, "Celebrating Young Artists of the Mahoning Valley." This free family-friendly event will showcase the many arts organizations within the Youngstown area, spotlighting our youth. Plan to start your weekend with us and the creative talent in our community!
