Createful Spaces invites you to a colloborative evening of community to celebrate First Fridays in The Exchange District with a special DJ Yoga Flow session featuring DJ K Chedda from Tempo Collective and yoga by Open Concept (Yoga Instructor, Kelly Cowan).
Doors Open: 6 pm
Yoga Flow: 6:30 - 7:30 (Bring your own mat)
Dance Party, Mingle and Hot Chocolate Bar: 7:30 pm - 9 pm (Open to the public)
Limited capacity, registration required.
FREE event with a donation of non-perishable food or gently used clothing for Community Helpers Unite.
