Get ready for First Friday Mindfulness in the Park! Join us from 10:00 - 11:00 AM on the first Friday of September - December 2024 at Spring Lake ~ The Meadows Center for Water and the Environment for a rejuvenating escape. Take a break from your busy school or work week, soak in nature, and practice mindfulness with us. It’s the perfect way to de-stress, connect, and kick off your weekend!

Park at the Meadow Center parking lot or boardwalk parking area. We’ll gather at 9:45 AM at the group pavilion, a small covered area with picnic tables near the boardwalk parking lot. We will start walking to the mindfulness area at 9:50 AM. If you arrive late, please refer to the picture provided. Please note that parking is $3 and can be paid at the Ticket Kiosk or from the AMP Parking app.

Please be advised that outdoor sessions may be affected by weather conditions, which could lead to cancellations or early wrap-ups. Bring a towel, yoga mat, or folding chair, some water, and your journal—let’s embark on your well-being journey together!
