Join us for July First Friday at the Barnes featuring Philadelphia-based vocalist Elle.Morris.A performer, producer, and composer, Morris brings together classical, jazz, and R&B influences in music that explores themes of love, truth, harmony, and remembrance. Throughout her career, she has received recognition from the John Lennon Songwriting Contest, the Pew Center for Arts & Heritage, and the National Endowment for the Arts, and has collaborated with Grammy-nominated and Grammy-winning artists including Bilal, Khemist, and Sam Smith.
Enjoy an evening of art, live music, cocktails, and light fare, with performances at 6:30pm and 7:45pm.
First Friday admission includes access to the Barnes collection and "Freedom Dreams," on view in the Roberts Gallery before and after performances.
Garden Restaurant at Barnes Foundation will also be open for dinner. Reservations are recommended.
