First Friday Artists' Open House at Area 61 Gallery
Join us at Area 61 Gallery for our monthly "First Friday" Artists' Open House. It's a monthly opportunity to immerse yourself in Chattanooga's art gallery scene. At Area 61, you'll have a chance to meet our local gallery artists, see what's new, browse, shop and experience the creative energy that fills the air.
Discover a diverse range of artistic styles and mediums, from fine art paintings, sculpture, art jewelry, pottery, handcrafted woodworks and more. Be inspired by the unique perspectives and stories behind each creation. Whether you're an art enthusiast or art curious, this monthly opportunity to meet the gallery artists is a great way to find inspiration and kick-off your weekend.
Drop-in between 6-8 pm for our First Friday Artists' Open House. Start your monthly Chattanooga Arts infusion at Area 61 Gallery or end your art crawl with us after visiting other participating art galleries and studios.
(This is a Free event for art lovers & art curious from anywhere - natives, transplants, visiting guests, etc. - tickets are not required, but help us plan adult refreshment.)
About First Friday Chattanooga: The mission of "First Friday" is to promote and support local artists by providing them with an outlet to showcase their work. The FIRST FRIDAY night of EACH MONTH, participating Chattanooga galleries & studios unite to showcase our local arts scene through extended operating hours, art opening receptions or open house/studio events. In doing so, we hope to connect our artists and galleries with the community. All First Friday participating galleries and studios are responsible for posting their own First Friday events on the shared Facebook page: @FirstFridayChattanoogaArts.
