Pound Unplugged: Rock & Reset is a 40-min experience that combines high-intensity cardio & strength (ROCK) with breathwork and meditation (RESET).
Start your weekend off right with a hand mixed NA mocktail, concocted and poured by expert mixologist Chad, from More or Less NA Bottles and Beer. This is not your average drink - expect elevated flavor profiles, and functional ingredients that will leave you relaxed and delighted, without the hangover.
Choose from the signature NA cocktail, or a selection of canned NA and functional beverages.
