I’m so excited to announce my first Reiki Class! First Degree Reiki?We will learn all about Reiki energy, open yourself up to Reiki and learn how to perform self Reiki. This class will also contain a sprinkling of other holistic healing discussions including yoga, meditation, somatic techniques and how they are all a complement to Reiki.
Reiki is a wonderful tool for honing in on your intuition, learning how to regulate your own nervous system, deep diving into who you are and who you want to be. Reiki is a beautiful journey to embark on, the reasons for learning Reiki healing are many and unique to each person.
Class will be held on Saturday September 7th 9am-3pm in Blind Bay. $200
