This level of learning is often said to be life changing!The First Degree of Reiki is intended for those individuals who wish to develop the skills to complete self reiki treatments with confidence, and engage with their personal development on a more impactful level. Share this gentle, yet powerful, healing modality with your family and pets as you grow.
Over four weeks:
Students will learn all they need to know to begin building a powerful self reiki practice intended to promote an inspire lifestyle. During our weekly group sessions, we will cover bite size sections of the course manual and bonus cheat sheets provided. Students will be given homework to be complete before our next gathering. As a group, we share our homework experience and any questions we might have on the previous weeks lesson.
Why Four Weeks?
This style of teaching supports the creation of a long term reiki practice. Students will have the time needed to explore each topic in greater depth. Taking this extra time together offers amazing results. Students leave with a greater understanding of their energetic bodies, engage with foundational personal development tools and build a consistent self care reiki practice more naturally.
This also creates a more profound connection to the teachings that the Dr. Usui Method of Natural Healing offers. The small group aspect also guarantees each student receives the time and attention needed to succeed after our time together.
All course materials, Group Sessions, Healing Attunement and Certification of Completion + Lineage Chart is included in your registration fee.

Sunday's Session are In-Studio: November 9th- 30th 2025, 10:00am-12:00pm
Thursday's Sessions are Online: November 13th- December 4th 2025, 1:00pm-3:00pm
All online students will receive a private zoom room link after registering.
These are LIVE classes - no replays will be available.
