About this Event
“First Days of Summer” visually captures the mental liberation of summer through portraits, symbolizing freedom from school and parental influences. This project encourages individuals to reflect on how inherited beliefs shape their perspectives. The beliefs instilled by parents and teachers significantly impact our mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. My goal is to remind people of the peace felt during summer and how it can translate to daily life. By challenging false beliefs and narratives, individuals can adopt a way of living that suits them, independent of others’ opinions. Ultimately, this project promotes living authentically, free from imposed standards.

About our artist:
Aaron Gousse, a Hai an ar st, with an inherent passion for crea vity coursing through my veins. From a young age, I found solace and joy in expressing myself through various ar s c mediums. In my 20s, I dedicated countless hours to perfec ng my cra . Music became my passion as I explored different genres and refined my songwri ng. Photography taught me to capture powerful moments and tell compelling stories. Videography added a new dimension to my crea vity, blending visuals, music, and storytelling. Through crea ve direc on, I pushed the boundaries of my ar s c vision, collabora ng with others to bring collec ve ideas to life.Reflec ng on my ar s c journey thus far, it is evident that versa lity lies at the core of my ar s c iden ty. I have embraced the mul tude of possibili es that art offers and have harnessed them to create works that embody my unique perspec ve. As I write this autobiography, I am aware that my journey as an ar st is far from over. The ever-evolving world of art beckons me to explore new horizons, challenge conven ons, and push the boundaries of my crea vity. With an unyielding spirit and an insa able hunger for ar s c expression, I am excited to embark on the next chapter of my life, eager to see where my passion and dedica on will lead me.
