We're kicking off the Holiday Season on Small Business Saturday with the first day of our Victorian Christmas Celebration. You can join us any time during the day to make cranberry and popcorn strings for our tree and luminaries for our steps and porch. The Victorians loved paper ornaments. At 1:30 and 3:30 we'll have free mini workshops on making Victorian style Christmas ornaments.
Throughout the day we'll be busy little bees finishing the decorating of the shop. Then at 5:30 we will have a grand tree lighting with Victorian caroler, hot cider, door prized, and prize drawings.
And all day long until we close at 7:00 you can shop our unique Christmas products including ornaments based on directions and illustrations in magazines from the 1860s through the early 1900s.
The Victorians really made Christmas what we know today. Join us as we bring that historic joy and celebration alive in Salisbury, NC
