It's hard to imagine, but our location was ocean-side property 100 million years ago. How do we know? Government Canyon is home to fossil tracks from two different dinosaurs, a sauropod and a theropod who left tracks along a muddy beach which is now preserved as rock. Take a hike to see the tracks and learn what we know about them so far. Open to ages 10 years and up; minors must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian. No pets please.
