We'll hike to an amazing overlook where you can get a real sense of the canyon that is our namesake. This hike is approximately 4 miles in length over rocky, rugged terrain.Open to ages 10 and over; participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. No pets please. Be aware that this hike includes a fair amount of elevation gain over rugged terrain.
Please note: The hike is open to the first 15 who check in at the Frontcountry Trailhead between 9:00 and 9:15 a.m.
Though the hike is free, entrance fees to the Natural Area apply. To save time at the Fee Booth and ensure entrance on crowded days, please pre-purchase and PRINT OUT a Day Pass. Please note: reserving a Day Pass does not guarantee a spot for you on the hike! The hike is limited to the first 15 participants to check-in with the hike leader.
