It is an unprecedented time. We all have someone close to us in crisis, or maybe we ourselves are just barely hanging on. What do you do and say when someone you care about falls apart into grief? What should you not do and say? Most of us lack any guidance whatsoever in this critical, very human, and ever-present emotion. This workshop will show you how to hold space for those who are grieving in a way that makes them feel seen, cared for, and that they belong in your community. The event explains a new understanding of the interconnectedness between grief and intimacy and meaningful connection. Includes lecture, self-enquiry, writing, and some gentle breathwork.
