Join our first aid class designed specifically for outdoor adventurers! This comprehensive course will equip you with the essential skills to manage injuries and medical emergencies in remote locations. You'll learn to stop major bleeding, administer an Epi-Pen, check ABCs (Airway, Breathing, Circulation), apply splints, and address common medical issues that can arise during outdoor activities. With a focus on hands-on training, you'll get to practice each skill in real-time, ensuring you're prepared for any situation nature throws your way.

Meet your instructor
Ashleigh Phillips has worked in emergency medicine at a critical access hospital for 7 years, here in Montana. She started her own company, Backcountry Medical Supplies LLC in 2020 to promote wilderness medicine education and provide activity specific medical and rescue kits for all your adventures. She currently also works for the Bozeman Health Trauma Program, where we work to improve patient care and overall outcome. In her free time, you can find Ashleigh either backcountry skiing, climbing, riding horses or trail running... with a medical kit on board of course!
