Hi, I’m Marta, an NHS nurse with personal and professional First Aid experience.
I’m new to Old Woking and want to give you the gift of having the knowledge that could save the life of someone you love.
I’m running a free, one-hour community first aid session to teach the basics of:
• CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation)
• Using a defibrillator (AED)
For adults,children and infants.

This session is relaxed and suitable for anyone in the local community — no previous experience needed. My aim is to help people feel more confident and less panicked in an emergency.
