
About this Event
This comprehensive CPR and First Aid training course equips participants with essential skills to respond effectively in emergency situations. Through interactive instruction and hands-on practice, students will learn how to perform adult, child, and infant CPR, use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), and respond to choking incidents. The First Aid portion covers how to treat wounds, burns, fractures, allergic reactions, and other common medical emergencies. Ideal for workplace safety, community preparedness, or personal knowledge, this course follows the latest guidelines from the Red Cross. Upon successful completion, participants will receive a certification valid for two years.
