🎉 FLL Regional Competition @ Waverly High School 🎉
We’re excited to announce that our regional competition date is officially confirmed by both the Waverly Robotics Coordinator and FirstInMichigan.us!
🗓 Event Details
📍 Location: Waverly High School
👥 Participating: All 4 of our teams (20 students total)
Each team will compete in 4 robot matches spread throughout the day and participate in a presentation judging session.
🤖 Robot Matches
Families are welcome to come and cheer during the robot matches in the gym — it’s a great chance to see the teams in action!
📽 Presentations (Judging)
Judging is closed to spectators to ensure all presentations and Q&A are student-led. No adult input (coaching, mouthing, or gestures) is permitted during these sessions.
✅ Coaches will rotate in to support the teams
🎥 Each team’s presentation will be recorded so families can watch later
🚶‍♀️ Parents may walk with their child to and from the judging area and wait nearby during their session

We have walnut and gluten allergies – label items clearly
Each team is allowed 1 crockpot at their cafeteria table (up to 4 total). Think soups, chili, meat, etc.!
