The Fireworks 500 is a 500m open water swim, at Capernwray Dive Centre near Lancaster. This event is often a sell out event so don’t miss your chance!Starting on the rocket, swimmers can race or leisurely complete one lap (500m) of the quarry. It’s long enough for you to experience the beauty of night swimming in safe secure surroundings but short enough that you get to the end before the chill sets in!
