The Crystal Lake Park District Environmental Committee hosts a spring and fall firewood sale each year. Wood consists mainly of oak, harvested from fallen trees in our parks and natural areas.
YOU LOAD AND HAUL, RAIN OR SHINE
The Environmental Committee uses the monies collected from the firewood sale to purchase plants that attract pollinator insects. The Park District staff is encouraged to help plant the pollinator garden in our parks.
