Join Team Wales and walk across a 20-foot bed of red-hot coals!Full training will be provided by instructor Karen Sterling, who has safely guided thousands of people of all ages over hot coals. Operating for over three decades, Karen is recognized as one of the most experienced firewalking instructors in the UK and Europe.
To take part in the firewall, you can either:
Register for £25 to take part and pledge to raise £120 in sponsorship.
Or
If you prefer to raise whatever you can, you can pay a £55 registration fee to take part and have no sponsorship commitment.

Spectators are invited to gather to cheer on the brave walkers from 6.00 pm before the fire is lit at 6.30 pm. The walk itself will take place at around 7 pm.
Participants will need to attend the full training session to participate in the firewalk.
Timetable:
17:00 Arrival and registration of fire walkers
17.30 Training begins (90 minutes)
18:00 Spectators arrive (stalls, raffle, food, quiz sheet etc)
18:30 Fire will be lit
19:00 Firewalk
19:30 Debrief and celebration.
20:00 Event closes
