Winter in Portugal has always been about coming together.
When the nights grow long and cold, wine becomes less about tasting notes and more about connection; bottles opened around the table, shared generously, warming both hands and conversation. It’s a season for slowing down, gathering with intention, and letting wine be part of the moment rather than the focus of it.
Fireside Portugal is an evening inspired by that tradition.
This is not a formal tasting or a technical class. It’s a relaxed gathering designed to reflect how wine fits into real life, especially in winter. Through storytelling, shared space, and thoughtful pacing, we’ll explore how Portuguese wines naturally support warmth, presence, and community.

We’ll be pouring three wines chosen for winter evenings and shared tables:
