As the co-founder of Uptime—a micro-learning app that has raised $16 million—and with Longevity House, Europe’s first social wellness club, he’s dedicated to making health and wellness accessible and enjoyable. Inspired by Blue Zones and backed by science, Longevity House offers a wellness community with personalized consultations, toxin-free social events, and group activities to make healthy living fun and sustainable. Patrick’s journey is a testament to the power of technology and community to inspire, connect, and create lasting impact on people’s lives.
