You are invited to warm yourself by the fire in our 1843 historic pioneer home. Enjoy the sights and smells as we prepare foods over the fires in the hearth and on the old wood-burning stove. Take time to play some old-fashioned games and learn about what the pioneers did to keep themselves warm in the winter. The Sholes School Museum will be open, too. See if you can handle the One-Room School Scavenger Hunt! You will have to think like one of the students who attended this pioneer school. It will be a challenge for both adults and kids.
