Recharge & nourish yourself during the Fireflies at Hameau Farm Fall weekend, Oct. 17-19 at Hameau Farm in Kishacoquillis Valley, Reedsville, Pa. (35 mins fron State College.)
You may be creating a business or non-profit, art or music. Or maybe building community, a family, a new home, a new chapter of life — or some unique mix of it all.
(Or - maybe you just need to get away & recharge.)
Our schedule balances time for learning, fellowship and reflection, with delicious, farm-fresh food, beautiful scenery and loads of laughter & conversation.
Hameau Farm is a woman-owned, lovely and gritty working farm and summer camp for teenage girls in gorgeous, Kishacoquillas "Big" Valley (Reedsville, in Mifflin County.)
Your co-hosts are Audrey "Gay" Rodgers, owner of the farm and summer camp for 30 years and Lisa Duchene, a conservation writer & business owner.
The weekend kicks off Friday, Oct. 17 at 5 p.m. with a meet & greet over mocktails and a light appetizer before a signature, farm-fresh Hameau Farm dinner.

Saturday is full day of learning, connections and reflections with workshops on self-care, managing (aka "the juggle"!) and tending to our creativity in the natural light of the artist studio above Hameau's hay barn. We'll start with coffee/tea and breakfast & break for lunch. You'll have time to explore the farm, take a walk to the creek or browse books before another memorable Hameau dinner with some special guests.
Tentative workshop topics: Finding Power in Tiny Steps, Digital Organization, Radical Self-Care. More workshop details coming soon.
Sunday morning is devoted to an inspiring workshop for the year ahead, followed by a farewell brunch. We'll wrap by noon.
Tickets include all meals, workshops and any workshop materials. Lodging is not included. (But we can help you with it! Email: [email protected])
Hameau Farm in the "Big Valley" is in Reedsville, 35 minutes from State College, 30 minutes from Boalsburg and 65 minutes from Harrisburg.
There are two ticket options:
• The full weekend, $395.
• Saturday only, $265.
