The Columbus Firefighters Association, in partnership with Columbus Fire and EMS, proudly presents the 14th Annual Firefighter 5K for Charity — a powerful evening run through downtown Columbus, now held for the second year as a night race under the city lights.This year, we’re honored to run in support of CURE Childhood Cancer, a nonprofit organization dedicated to funding lifesaving pediatric cancer research and providing direct assistance to families facing unimaginable challenges. Every step taken helps bring hope and healing to children battling cancer right here in Georgia.
Also this year will be the first time ever, participants can compete in this division by completing the race with a 25lb weighted vest or ruck, honoring the strength, discipline, and sacrifice of our uniformed service members.
