Practice we will be at Seastrand Park, 6330 Camino El Dorado Pkwy. Use the parking entrance off of Centennial. Time is 7:00-9ish pm. Bring gear if you have it and notify us if you want to practice but don't have the gear, there is limited loaner gear available. The practice will be flexible and focus primarily on free sparring.

Wear proper gear for what you're practicing
No dishonorable conduct
