We learn our own strength when we consistently choose discomfort and learn to ease our bodies and minds. Join Justina for Power + Jam where we will sweat and flow to some tunes. Our guest instructor, Shannon Szelog will then lead us in a breathwork session to prepare us for a cold plunge where we will push ourselves to our limit and prove our strength.Please bring a towel + change of clothes for cold plunge (yoga shorts and tank top/sports bra). Option to bring journal for intention setting.

Cost: $35 Fire + Ice (non-members), $25 Ice only (members only)*
*members can purchase “Ice only” at the discounted rate and use their membership for Power + Jam. This is not an option if you are not an Ignite member. You cannot purchase the cold plunge as a stand alone.The event includes both the heated yoga class and cold plunge.
** cancellations are required 48 hours ahead for a refund. If the studio has accrued cost associated with the event or it is a weekend immersion, you will be deducted 25% from your refund. After the 48-hour window, no refunds or credits will be issued.
