Throughout the existence of mankind, we have found symbolism and a deep connection to the animal kingdom. Historically horses have shown us how to find grace, embody empathy, and deepen intuitive connection to our surroundings and our relationship to Spirit. In the Chinese zodiac the fire horse represents passion, transformation, and freedom. Galloping from the year of the snake, where we shed old ways of being, and into the year of the horse encourages confidence to begin anew, embracing change, and easing into a time of rapid growth and expansion. Gather for a spiritual journey into the Chinese Lunar New Year as we welcome the year of the fire horse. Deonna will guide you through transformative yogic movement and breathwork to move and release stuck energy, making space for the magic and abundance coming to you this year. Movement will turn to stillness as you rest in a guided horse spirit journey supported by sound and reiki. Closing with an elemental ritual and an opportunity to share your experience with a loving, sacred community.
Beginner to advanced yogis are welcome.
