About this Event
Fire, Foraging and Feasting for New Business

How honed is your eye to the opportunities around you for new business?

It’s easy to become disconnected from them.

Days – founded by exited agency founder - creates the space and stimulus for reconnection. They are hosting an event especially for agency owners, directors and senior leaders to reconnect with their hunger for new opportunities and their innate skills of how to find them.

Wilder.Work creates long-term partnerships with large landed estates looking to take land out of intensive agricultural use and re-wild it to restore natural processes. The secret Wilder.Work site they'll take you to, with tents and a wild kitchen, is inaccessible to the public and privately owned since the 1600s. They connect people in inspiring natural places and on this occasion they have chosen the wonderful in Ashford.

The “Fire, Foraging and Feasting for New Business” day, gives you a chance to enjoy a safari-style off-site to reconnect you with your innate skills of identifying the right new business opportunities. Step out of your day-to-day and connect with other agency folk to learn the ancient skills of foraging in a rewilding landscape. Attune your observational skills and your natural sense of abundance whilst hanging out in beautiful large stretch tents and big hat teepees in a private woodland with a large rewilding meadow opposite.

Not only that, but you’ll be able to feast on your new-found skills – with a little help from Green Starred Michelin Chef, , who will create a 3-course lunch in an unforgettable wild location including delicious foraged foods.

After lunch, apply this refreshed way of thinking directly back into your business in a coach-led workshop that use natural stimulus to fire up a whole new way of thinking about your approach to landing new business. Leave with an increased sense of connection to opportunities for your business. Come away with peer tested business development ideation ready to land new opportunities for your business.

Your Host:

Founder of Wilder Work, 07966 280 542, [email protected]

As a successfully exited entrepreneur Holly loves coaching other founders on how they can find financial and mental freedom. Coaching them individually, in groups and across a team. Holly founded PR agency, Journalista in 2009 built a team based on the values of equality, transparency, camaraderie and creativity. Together the team delivered ground-breaking campaigns in data-led PR comms and marketing that drove positive social changes across education, science and healthcare sectors.

Wilder.Work is what happened when Holly's three worlds converged. After selling her business in 2019 and re-qualifying as a professional coach, Holly coached local farmers in her home county of Kent. Here, she learnt regenerative farming techniques and found many could be applied in building better businesses. Resilient, natural energy filled businesses that self-regenerate. Wilder.Work is the answer to the networking, coaching and away days our founder sought for the business she ground away at building for over ten years. Seeking a deeper sense of purposeful production. She and the amazing team she has gathered are Wilder.Work.
