Weber Grill Academy is welcoming former Hentley Farm executive chef Clare Falzon as host of this very special culinary experience. Treat yourself to a variety of seasonal and South Australian produce – and of course some delicious elements kissed by fire and flame on Weber barbecues.The Friday dinner and Saturday lunch experiences include presentations from both Falzon and the Grill Specialists from the Weber Grill Academy. Presenters will cook a selection of canapés on the balcony, followed by a seated main course and dessert in the dining room paired with a beverage for each course.
