Join us for a walk and talk through the oak woodlands covering prescribed fire management at the Bouverie Preserve in Glen Ellen. We will look at prescribed fire sites burned last spring and fall of 2024. We will discuss the ecological significance of burning at Bouverie, why fire is an important tool for stewardship and restoration, and its critical role in creating resilient landscapes. This is a great opportunity to enjoy Bouverie Preserve come alive during the springtime.
