SCHEDULE
All-day activities (10 a.m. to 2 p.m.)
-Meet firefighters
-Fire truck, helicopter and station tours
-Mini fire truck races and bounce houses
-Fire safety trailer demo
-Hands-only CPR training
-Hot dogs and chips (while supplies last)
SPECIAL ACTIVITIES
11 a.m. — Live side-by-side fire sprinkler burn trailer. Come watch how quickly a small fire can spread and see the difference that a home sprinkler system can make.
1 p.m. — Vehicle extrication demonstration. Major car crashes sometimes leave passengers trapped inside the vehicle until the fire department can get them out. Watch as firefighters cut open a staged wrecked car as if someone was trapped inside.
