Prerequisites: Minimum Age of 18; FO-I; FSI-I or FESI-I This course continues to reinforce the job performance requirements of the Fire Company Officer I, while examining critical issues in leadership, human resources, instructing, community interaction, and finances. Topics will include basic investigation techniques, operational plans, and communicating in the written medium. Successful completion of the program requires proficiency demonstration in written practical skills and multiple choice examination.
