Peggy Towson is an executive chef who graduated from the Culinary Institute of Pennsylvania. She had a restaurant in the old city called The All Night Eggplant and specialized in vegan, vegetarian and macrobiotic healing foods. That’s where she met a group of ladies who brought her to the Center for Peace in 1995. She has cooked for the dances, is a Sun Moon dancer, and has Moon Mothered for several dances. Peggy is from the Oklahoma band of the Cherokee nation and has grown up with natural healing properties from her mother and grandmother’s. She is working on getting her certification in apothecary healing medicine.
Perry Robinson used to make a similar elixir called, "plague formula". It's important to note that we will be making this during the week of the beaver moon, a good time to make tincture and elixirs.
