About this Event
This 3-day immersion invites you to step fully into your power as a healer, guide, and conscious steward, lighting a fire within that transforms your life and radiates outward into your community and the earth.
This immersive community healing experience is open to:
- Helix Training Program participants working toward ordination and certification
- Anyone drawn to deep psychospiritual work, ready to engage in practices that build clarity, compassion, and courage
Here, you will release inherited patterns, reclaim the wisdom of your bloodline, and integrate ancient spiritual practices with modern neuroscience, proving that embodied spiritual work is an effective, science-aligned path to mental, emotional, and relational healing.

What This Immersion Offers
- Deep Experiential Learning: Practices that transform your relationship with self, others, and the earth
- Relational Healing: Inner child integration, shadow work, somatic attunement, and guided relational exercises
- Ceremony & Integration: Fire ceremony and sacred spaces to anchor intention and release limiting patterns
- Community Activation: Small-group reflection, dialogue, and collaboration to strengthen compassionate, conscious networks

You will explore psychospiritual tools of Helix ministers and practitioners, grounded in the four pillars of the Helix Training Program:
- Spiritual Development & Discipline: Cultivate presence, ritual, and embodied awareness
- Psychological Work: Trauma-informed frameworks, inner child integration, and somatic reflection
- Altered States of Consciousness: Guided meditation, visualization, and experiential practices to expand awareness
- Energy Work: Shamanic and somatic energy techniques to release blockages, illuminate the body-mind-spirit field, and restore vitality
These pillars are the methodology of Helix — the foundation for wholeness, personal empowerment, and compassionate world-work.
Your Experience Over Three Days
- Arrival & Opening Circle: Ground into presence, connect to the land, and open the sacred container
- Immersive Practices: Energy work, somatic attunement, symbolic living, relational healing, and psychospiritual integration, including art as a creative process for the completion and release of inner obstacles.
- Ceremony: Fire work to release, transform, and anchor intentions
- Reflection & Community Integration: Partner work, small group discussion, and exercises to integrate insights into your life and practice
This retreat is more than a weekend—it is a threshold into deeper immersion and integration, preparing the embodied ground for ongoing online training and serving as the foundation for the Spring Powell House retreat and the 9-day Bali immersion, a call to deeper community engagement.
