Fire & Flannel Fest presented by Meijer -- A fall festival with live lumberjack shows, chainsaw carving and fire entertainment. Fire & Flannel Fest is centered around fall flair, fire and flannel on September 26 – 27, 2025. Located in Parking Lot 1 Downtown Wyandotte along the Detroit Riverfront. The festival will provide entertainment for everyone; including dancing witches, live chainsaw carvings, Jack Pine Lumberjack shows from Mackinac Island, axe throwing, Kids Zone with bounce houses and Gelly Ball, glass blowing, live pottery making, bar and live music! Everyone is encouraged to wear flannel shirts for this fun fall occasion. Food trucks and fall crafters will be showcasing fall wares.
Come see World Champion Lumberjacks in head-to-head competition! Chopping, Sawing, Axe Throwing, Log Rolling and Speed Climbing – it’s a great combination of action-packed fun and comedy! All the way from Mackinaw City, Jack Pine Lumberjack Show will be hosting FREE shows on Friday and Saturday.
