Purpose: Building on the foundation of the Exterior Academy, add all interior fire roles. This academy meets the DFPC FFI JPRs towards the full state certification. State written and practical will be administered at the end of academy.
Equipment: IFSTA 7th edition Essentials of Fire Fighting book, Structural Fire PPE that meets NFPA 1500 (you supply book and PPE). Department issued SCBA with mask and fit test.
Pre-requisite: Successful completion of Exterior Fire Academy. Must have current affiliation with a fire department.
