Many of her previous novels are set before or during World War 2 in both Scotland and France and address topics such as wartime resilience, hope and loss. Fiona will also talk about her inspirations and research methods.
About the Author
Fiona Valpy is an acclaimed bestselling author of eleven novels, with world-wide sales totalling over three million copies. Her books have been translated into more than thirty languages and have held the number 1 position on the Amazon Kindle charts in the USA, UK and Australia, as well as being Washington Post and Wall Street Journal bestsellers.
Fiona spent seven years living in France, before returning to live in Scotland. Her love for both countries, their people and their histories, has found its way into the books she’s written.
