SCHEDULE:

Friday, October 8th:

6-9pm: cocktails and appetizers


Saturday, October 9th:

8:00-8:55am = breakfast buffet

9:00-9:25am = first keynote speaker

9:30-9:55am = first breakout sessions

10:05-10:40am = second breakout sessions

10:50-11:25am = third breakout sessions

11:30-12:05pm = expert panel

12:15-12:55pm = second keynote speaker

1:00-1:45pm = lunch buffet

2-6pm = informal networking and drinks by the pools & lazy river

(if you don't want to hangout by the pool you are free to do whatever else you want)


Sunday, October 10th

9:00-11:30am = industry specific Q&A roundtables with experts/speakers

1:00-5:00pm = informal networking and drinks at the sports bar while watching NFL games

(if you don't want to go to the sports bar you are free to do whatever else you want)



EVENT DETAILS:


TICKETS:

Tickets are $175/person plus taxes and the Eventbrite processing fee.


WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE TICKET PRICE:

First off, nobody planning this event is making a profit.

We are hosting this event to bring together the FinTwit community.

Tickets will include the breakfast buffet and lunch buffet on Saturday, October 9th.

Tickets will include access to all speakers, breakout sessions, expert panels and Q&A roundtables.

100% of the revenues from ticket prices and sponsorships will go directly towards making this the best event possible.

If there is any money leftover from ticket prices and/or sponsorships after paying all of our expenses -- we will spend this excess money at the cocktail party on Friday night and/or the pool party on Saturday and/or the NFL party on Sunday.


VIRTUAL TICKETS:

We are not planning to live stream the event.

We are planning to record the event and make it available the following week for a small fee.


SPEAKERS:

We will have a total of 10 speakers

Once we have all of the speakers confirmed we will start slotting them into the speaking blocks.


SPONSORS:

We are planning to have 10-12 sponsors at $5,000 each.

Sponsorship money will be used to cover the rest of the food & beverage costs as well as the A/V costs, setting up the stage, recording the event, editing the video, covering rooms & food for speakers, paying for the signage and much more.


Every sponsor pays the same amount of money and gets the same amount of exposure (no tiers).

Exposure will include email blasts, social media posts, this website, table at the event, signage and a speaking opportunity.

Sponsors are allowed to bring their own displays, handouts and giveaways.
