About this Event
Come join us for a special edition of Finnish Afterwork, featuring the screening of Take Me to Broadway, the biopic film of Ann-Christine Westerlund, followed by our signature afterwork gathering.
Ann-Christine, founder of Westmusa Inc. and co-founder of Finnish Afterwork, has spent over three decades guiding Nordic businesses and individuals through the complexities of transatlantic taxation. A pillar of the Finnish-American community in New York, her journey from Finland to the heart of the Big Apple is now brought to life on screen.
Produced by Sunday Child Entertainment, Filmmaker Lina Hagström, Take Me to Broadway is a story of ambition, resilience, and building a life across borders. The screening will be followed by a Q&A with Katarina Holm-Didio.
After the film, we’ll continue the evening with Finnish Afterwork Vol. 7, a relaxed and social afterwork event for the Finnish community in New York.
👉 Please note: The event is free of charge. Food & drinks are at everyone’s own expense.
We’d love to see you there for an evening of film, conversation, and community.
Warmly,
Janne & Ann-Christine
