MOF is excited to present Finn Johansson, Moon Goose and Hoop. Bring along some refreshments, grab a table in our beautiful old hall and prepare for another magical night.Finn Johansson is charismatic and unique singer songwriter who has gigged around both the Aotearoa and European music scenes for some time now. His performances will make you laugh and cry - sometimes at the same time. Fresh from his wonderfully entertaining appearance at the folk festival his original songs will take us on a funtastic emotional rollercoaster.
On the very same bill, be ready to be swept away by Moon Goose and their stories of magic and mystery as Holly Dove (guitar and vocals) and Britta Hamill (violin and vocals), share songs collected from travels around England and Scotland, weaving them together with their own music. They were a big hit at the Folk Festival and will warm your heart with their intricate harmonies, deep folk-scapes and glittering songs.
And finally, resident band Hoop will be there to kick things off with some new hit songs they have been writing over the long hot summer.
It's going to be a magical night to be sure.
