🔥 Get ready for the Finish Line BBQ Cookoff happening Saturday, October 25th in the back lot of Finish Line Bar! Rain or shine, we’re bringing serious BBQ action to Aledo with pitmasters competing for bragging rights (and prizes).
Required Entries:
- 1/2 chicken with skin
- 7 ribs (pork spare ribs only)
- 7 full slices of brisket
Turn-In Times:
- 12:00 PM – Chicken
- 1:00 PM – Ribs
- 2:00 PM – Brisket
🏆 Award Ceremony: approx. 3:00–3:30 PM
Competition Details:
- $200 buy-in per team (20 teams max)
- Cooks arrive Friday, leave Sunday
- No power or water (no RV hookups)
- Judges needed (must arrive by 11:00 AM)
🎶 After the BBQ fun, stick around for live music by Double R Band at 8 PM — free admission!
