- 6 strings...infinite possibilities! Workshop your finger picking technique (including Travis fingerpicking, and classically inspired fingerpicking) and explore the wide variety of major and minor seventh chords, as well as tonicization, to recreate that beautifully crafted folk sound.
Featuring music of: Joni Mitchell (Big Yellow Taxi), The Beatles (Blackbird), Neil Young, and more!
- Ages 16 and up (must be an intermediate player, i.e. have already played for a couple of years, or taken private instruction)
- Participants must bring their guitar (acoustic or electric) with them to the clinic, we will provide a couple of amps
- Registration closes Monday May 3, 2024
