Finer Womanhood Observance | Fifty Shades of Blue Gala

Every shade of blue has its own purpose or effect. But there's something about that "ROYAL BLUE!"

Join the women of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, Delta Phi Zeta Chapter as we represent and celebrate every shade of finer at our Fifty Shades of Blue Gala in observance of Finer Womanhood on Saturday, March 22, 2025.

You are invited to join the Dayton Zetas as we celebrate our Finer Womanhood observance for 2025. This year, the women of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, Delta Phi Zeta Chapter will host our Fifty Shades of Blue Gala on Saturday, March 22, 2025. Doors open at 4:20 PM, with our program begining at 5pm.

Online and printed tickets are available to purchase through Friday, March 7, 2025.

Tickets Cost:

• $75 per person
• $560 per table (8 people - Early Bird Special!)**
• $600 per table (8 people)

The Dayton Zetas are excited that you will join us in celebrating the standards, morals, customs and attributes that reflect this year's oberservance of being "Finer" since 1920. Our Finer Womanhood Gala will combine celebration and a display of excellence in a formal and luxurious setting. This unforgettable evening will feature award recognitions, dining, dancing, fellowship and networking.

The evening will further highlight the vision built by our Triumphant Founders of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated based on the ideals of scholarship, service, sisterhood and finer womanhood.

The attire for our Finer Womanhood Gala is semi-formal. Women are welcome to wear any shade of blue and men are welcome to wear a black or white suit with a blue accent.

• The purchaser of the ticket(s) hereby consents and authorizes the release to use their likeness in photographs or other digital media taken at this event.
• All sales are final.

In support of our Finer Womanhood Observance, your support and contributions will enable us to continue to serve the community and provide scholarships to area youth! To donate, click on DETAILS and select the DONATIONS option to finalize your support. Donations can be provided through the end of our Finer Womanhood Month observance, which is March 31, 2025.

I hereby grant permission to Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. Delta Phi Zeta Chapter and its representatives to take and use photographs and/or videos of me during the Finer Womanhood event scheduled to take place on March 22, 2025.

I understand that these photographs and/or videos may be used for various promotional purposes, including but not limited to, social media posts, chapter website, newsletters, promotional materials, and any other chapter-related publications.

I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein my likeness appears. I also waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the photographs and/or videos.

I hereby release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. and Delta Phi Zeta Chapter, its officers, members, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that I may have against them arising out of or in connection with the use of the photographs and/or videos, including any claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of moral rights.

I understand that the photographs and/or videos may be used indefinitely and may be distributed and/or displayed globally.

By purchasing ticket(s) for myself and or anyone under the age 18, I acknowledge that I have completely read and fully understand the terms and conditions of this release and that I am freely and voluntarily giving up substantial legal rights.

I hereby acknowledge the contagious nature of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) and voluntarily assume the risk that I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending or participating in events hosted or organized by Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., Delta Phi Zeta Chapter (hereinafter referred to as "the Organization").
I understand and agree that:

· I am participating in the Organization's events voluntarily and of my own free will.

· I acknowledge the inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present.

· I agree to comply with all safety measures and guidelines provided by the Organization to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

· I will not hold the Organization or its officers, members, employees, agents, or representatives liable for any illness or injury, including but not limited to exposure to COVID-19.

By purchasing a ticket, for myself and anyone under the age of 18, and attending this event, I acknowledge that I have read and understand this release of liability and voluntarily agree to its terms.
