Guests will then be invited to dine in the ballroom for a gourmet two-course dinner, created by the highly acclaimed Gourmand Pierre—a chef renowned for his refined, theatrical take on classic cuisine.His bespoke menu for the evening blends seasonal British produce with bold Italian flavours—each dish paired with wines selected exclusively for the occasion from Fleur Fields, a prestigious local vineyard.
