Finding your voice - Art Healing and Life Coaching Workshop with Summer Roshni Bhullar

Have you ever felt you want to say something, but you just can’t get the words out?

Have you ever felt if only someone would understand what I am feeling?

Have you ever wanted someone to connect to your innermost feelings?

If these feelings have ever arisen in, you… this workshop is for you.

In this workshop, we will express those very feelings through a painting. Very often we are unable to translate feelings into words. We will use painting and expressing ourselves on the canvas as an interim step. Finding your voice is an Art Healing and Life Coaching Workshop. We will have a dialogue with each other while we each create our very own masterpiece. I will give prompts at each step.

No prior knowledge of art or painting is necessary.

I am an artist and a life coach, and I will guide you through my own personal experiences.

All art supplies will be provided and you will go home with your very own painting.
