This small, confidential women’s circle is for those navigating life after divorce or widowhood — whether the loss is recent or years behind you — and who are ready to be seen, heard, and gently supported as they find their footing again.

This circle may be a fit if you:

• Feel isolated even when surrounded by people
• Are tired of “being strong” and want to exhale
• Don’t know how to start over — socially, emotionally, or relationally
• Find the idea of dating again confusing, overwhelming, or scary
• Are navigating co-parenting challenges or ongoing communication with an ex
• Feel unheard, dismissed, or triggered in difficult conversations
• Miss having a place where you can speak freely — without advice, fixing, or judgment
  

You don’t need to be “ready.” You don’t need to know what’s next. You just need a willingness to show up as you are.

This is not group therapy. It’s not a workshop where you’re taught or corrected.

It is a facilitated small group experience, guided by a trained, seasoned leader who gets it ; both personally and professionally. And who knows how to create deep safety, trust, and connection.

Karina Solomon is a Midlife Reinvention & Intimacy Consultant with over 25 years of experience guiding individuals and small groups through life transitions including divorce, widowhood, identity shifts, and relationship re-patterning.

She brings 15 years of experience facilitating women’s circles informed by the Speaking Circles® methodology, a practice rooted in deep listening, presence, and speaking one’s truth without interruption, fixing, or judgment. While she is no longer a currently certified Speaking Circles® facilitator, this circle is strongly shaped by that training and her decades of real-world group leadership experience.

Karina’s work is known for creating exceptionally safe, grounded, and emotionally intelligent spaces where women feel deeply seen, heard, and respected — often for the first time in a long while.

Her approach blends structure with spaciousness, offering just enough guidance to support meaningful connection while allowing each woman’s voice to emerge organically.
