Discover the power of presence and a restorative nervous system reset as we explore practices that enhance creativity, focus, and overall well-being. This 90-minute experience weaves together breathwork, ceremonial cacao, and a blissful Soundbath journey to restore balance and connection from within.
We begin with mindful breathwork to ground the body and calm the mind, followed by a warm cup of cacao—known for its ability to support focus, heart opening, and emotional harmony. From there, you’ll be guided into a deeply immersive Soundbath using crystal bowls, gongs, and low-frequency tones that promote relaxation, recovery, and mental clarity.
For those who wish to deepen their experience, an optional microdose will be available to gently enhance focus, creativity, and emotional connection throughout the ceremony.
Whether you’re new to these practices or already familiar, this gathering offers a unique opportunity to connect with a like-minded community and explore the potential of these restorative modalities in a supportive and grounding environment.
